Mas Plascensia is an exceptional Masia on the Costa Brava, located in the middle of a natural park, opposite the Medes Islands and only a few hundred metres from the sea. Indoors
The main house has a large living room with a sitting area, dining room and open plan kitchen.
There are also five air-conditioned bedrooms, including a dormitory for children and teenagers.
An office space and a terrace with a sea view complete the first floor.
There is also a large games room in the annex building.
Outdoors
The property has a privileged location in the middle of fields (20 ha).
It has a pleasant landscaped garden, with a beautiful natural swimming pool (12 x 5 metres - Depth from 0.8 to 1.7m).
Living areas have been set up in several places to fully enjoy the benefits of the open air, the landscapes, the shade and the sun.
Staff & Services
One person is in charge of the house, welcoming you and supervising the daily cleaning. With her sister, she manages the Pagina horse riding club located 1 km away and will be available for any questions.
The price includes a daily cleaning service (2 hours), the maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool (punctual visit of the gardener).
Location
The town of Torroella de Montgri, with its historic centre and food shops, is just 10 minutes away.
The village of l'Estartit, its port and its diving clubs (the Medes islands are one of the most beautiful natural reserves in the Mediterranean) are only 5 minutes away by car or 15 minutes by bike.
For water sports (kite surfing, wing foil, wind surfing, catamaran), you can go to the the Eolis Kite club (open in season) located on the beach of La Pletera, a 15 minute walk (5 minute bike ride) through the nature park. The club also offers activities for children every morning from 9am to 1pm (July/August).
For horse riding enthusiasts, the Mas Paguina horse riding club is 1km away and offers beautiful rides in the natural park.
For golf enthusiasts, the Pitch&Putt de Gualta is only 9 km away, the Emporda Golf Course is 11 km away and the Pals Golf Course is 18 km away.
The historic villages of the Emporda (Pals, Begur, Peratallada, Pubol,...) are less than 25 minutes away by car.
