Room 3
Room, 1st floor, direct access to the terrace, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also TV.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor, direct access to the terrace, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub.

Room 5
Room, 1st floor, direct access to the terrace, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub. This bedroom includes also TV.

Indoors 

This beautiful villa is spread over 3 levels.
The house has ventilation fans in all rooms, wifi connection throughout the property, emergency services, heating and a garage with a capacity for 6-8 cars.

Ground floor :
The large entrance hall leads to a spacious and bright living room (with 3 sofa areas) and a large formal dining area. This whole area enjoys a fantastic view to the outside and the sea.
There is also a second living room (with TV, table and access to the outdoor) where guests can play games in the evenings, a second more informal dining area (with views and access to the outside) and a large kitchen fully equipped.
Guests can also enjoy "The Monkey House" area where we find a disco floor, a fully equipped minibar and a billiard area.
This level also has a bedroom (with bunk beds), a courtesy bathroom and a large laundry room.

First floor :
This level comprises the sleeping area, composed of 8 bedrooms, all with access to the terrace (with views of the property and the sea).


Outdoors​ 

The property offers beautiful and well-equiped exteriors, ideal for a luxury holiday.
It comprises a large and fully equipped summer kitchen (with 2 barbecues, dishwasher, fridge, microwave) and an outdoor dining area.
The property also has several seating areas, a covered outdoor chill-out area (with 2 sofa areas) and an uncovered chill-out area .
Guests will enjoy the large swimming pool (25 metres long and 2.5 metres deep) and the sports area where we can find a large court (that can be adapted to a football, a tennis or a basketball court) and a ping-pong table.
A spacious area with benches provides a large open space ideal for jogging and playing while enjoying the surrounding nature.


Staff & Services

The price includes a daily cleaning (7 hours per day - from Monday to Saturday).
