Villa Klem enjoys spectacular sea views. The house is located in a privileged area on the cliff of Cala Canyelles and has stairs that directly access the rocks and the sea below. The house is only 10 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Brava coast. Villa Klem is ideal for enjoying a family vacation on the Costa Brava! It can accommodate 10 to 12 people.
Indoors
The house is distributed over 3 floors with an approximate area of 400 m2. It has a living room with TV and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker), 5 double bedrooms (of which 2 are suites and one bedroom with its own living room) and 3 additional bathrooms.
The villa offers an additional sixth suite available on request and not included in the price with sea view including a bedroom with double bed and a complete bathroom.
Wireless wifi.
A pleasant indoor swimming pool (9x4m) with jacuzzi and sauna for 6 people with sea view as well as a bathroom are also available to you.
Outdoors
Villa Klem has a plot of 7000 m2 with gardens, terraces and large spaces where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals by the pool, enjoying a breathtaking view. Large barbecue area and parking.
A beautiful private swimming pool (12x6m) allows you to contemplate the immensity of the Mediterranean Sea and the spectacular landscapes of the Costa Brava.

The house is located in Cala Canyelles which is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava which stands out for its clear and crystalline water. You can rent umbrellas and sun loungers here, as well as enjoy activities such as pedal boats, parasailing, water skiing and canoeing. You can also taste typical Mediterranean cuisine like fish and paella in the beach restaurants.

La vue absolument magnifique des l arrivée. 4 chambres donnent sur la mer.
Conciergerie impeccable et très réactive ainsi que le home manager
Dans la maison je considère qu' il n y q pas 5 chambres mais seulement 4 dans la mesure ou la cinquième pièce n à pas de fenêtres et est très bruyante. D autre part l annexe même avec un ventilateur est impraticable en plein mois d août ce qui est fort dommage car la vue est splendide nous avons dû finalement faire dormir 2 couples ds la même chambe.
