Room, Ground level, direct access to the pool, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub. This bedroom includes also TV, safe, private terrace.

Room 3
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe.

Room 4
Room, Ground level, direct access to the pool, direct access to the terrace. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed, 1 single bed. Bathroom outside the room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe.

Room 5
Room, Ground level, direct access to the pool, direct access to the terrace. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed, 1 single bed. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, living area, safe.

Room 6
Room, Intermediate floor, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom shared, with bathtub. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe.

Bedroom 5 is accessible from Bedroom 4.
Bedroom 6 is located on a mezzanine.


Indoors

The inside of the house is elegant with clear colors such as beige and white. The atmosphere is cosy and warm, to make you feel at ease during your holidays with your loved ones.
The kitchen, open to the dining table, is fully equipped and modern.
The six bedrooms are spacious and bright, since the majority have access to the terrace thanks to bay windows that let the sun enters during the day.


Outdoors

Once outside, you will enjoy the tranquility of the place because the villa is surrounded by the nature. You have several sunny spots and seating areas under covered terraces, to protect you from the sun during summer. You can enjoy your meals outside, eating next to the swimming pool with the deckchairs around it.

The water in the house is not potable.
The use of the barbecue costs € 70.
In the check out, please throw the garbage to avoid extra cost.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house and outside.
