Commissioned in 2022, this exclusive villa has been designed by local architect Jaime Serra supported by Dutch interior designer Jurjen Van Hulzen.
Designed and decorated with exclusive furniture and materials, the villa's inspiration is a contemporary beach house, each room offering a unique contact with nature and the Mediterranean sea. In addition, the property offers a 180 degree south facing sea view from all living areas and bedrooms.
Guests can appreciate the large kitchen with gaggeneau appliances, the friendly dining area and the comfortable living room.
The house is fully equipped and features : central aircon, bluetooth control, fans, wifi (throughout the house), sonos systems (inside and outside - 6 different systems), individual music system in each bedroom, smart Samsung art televisions connected to the internet, a security system and safes.
The villa also offers 6 beautiful bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and fitted wardrobes.
Outdoors
Protected within the gated community of Roca Llisa, this property is totally isolated from the view of the neighbouring houses
and offers 3000 sqm landscaped Mediterranean garden with ample sitting areas, fruits trees and chef’s herb garden.
Guests can also appreciate a large terrace, an outside kitchen (with fridge and Wolf gas barbecue), gym and yoga corners, the generous other outside living areas (that provide for example private terraces for each bedroom), and lounge areas (complemented with pergolas and sails).
They can also enjoy the beautiful swimming pool and take advantage of the designer lighting systems that offering an intimate ambiance at any time of the day.
Staff & Services
The price includes housekeeping services (from Monday to Saturday), bedlinen services (the Wednesday), the final housekeeping and pool/garden maintenance (Monday, Wednesday and Friday).
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as washing (2 washers and 2 dryers on site), or breakfast preparation possible (shopping paid separately).
Location
Villa Molly is ideally located in Roca Lisa, on the east side of the island of Ibiza.
Ibiza town is 15 minutes away and the airport 20 minutes.
The nearest beach is Cala Olivera. A safe cove is also within walking distance.
