As you enter the house through the elegant courtyard, you will immediately be captivated by the abundance of space and the natural light that floods into every room.
Each of the living spaces in this designer home is furnished to the highest quality and offers an incredible level of comfort.
The living room and dining room enjoy spectacular sea views. The property also has a fully equipped cinema room, a fireplace where you can relax and a large kitchen where you can share good times.


Outdoors

From the comfort of several sunny terraces, you can enjoy incomparable sea views. The numerous relaxation areas, as well as the yoga area and the large garden, will allow you to share some wonderful moments.
The large swimming pool (17 x 8m - Depth: 1.5 to 2.2m) with its overflowing jacuzzi will allow you to make the most of the sun.
In the shade of the trees, you'll find a large, fully-equipped summer kitchen and a terrace with sea views.


Staff & Services

To ensure your stay runs smoothly, a team is on hand (40 hours per week), and will be happy to take care of catering, cleaning, laundry, gardening and grocery shopping, leaving you free to immerse yourself in the beauty of your surroundings. Please note that the number of staff varies according to the season. Overtime is possible, but charged at transparent standard rates. Meal preparation is included in the price, but not the ingredients, which will be charged extra.
The property also provides a 7-seater Mercedes All Electric V Class car (included in the price). The cartaker can do driving in the day time (if possible), but the villa  highly recommend extra driver or cars.


Location

A protected, undeveloped natural park separates the property from the Mediterranean coast, 450 metres away.
This idyllic location gives you easy access to the capital Ibiza and many other popular attractions.
