The living room and dining room enjoy spectacular sea views. The property also has a fully equipped cinema room, a fireplace where you can relax and a large kitchen where you can share good times.


Outdoors

From the comfort of several sunny terraces, you can enjoy incomparable sea views. The numerous relaxation areas, as well as the yoga area and the large garden, will allow you to share some wonderful moments.
The large swimming pool (17 x 8m - Depth: 1.5 to 2.2m) with its overflowing jacuzzi will allow you to make the most of the sun.
In the shade of the trees, you'll find a large, fully-equipped summer kitchen and a terrace with sea views.


Staff & Services
 

During your stay, a core team of five staff members provides regular, discreet service, coordinated by Jose, house manager and head chef. He oversees the property, centralizes your requests with the agency and cooks on request; he handles shopping and supplies, can prepare meals for small groups of up to six guests, and supports the organization of events, whether gastronomic dinners or gala evenings at Can Nemo. Technical assistance and guest support are provided 48 hours per week, with the possibility for Jose to drive you around the island on an occasional basis. Dedicated vehicles, including 4x4s and a 7-seater, are at your disposal; an excess may apply in the event of damage. Two housekeepers, working in rotation six days out of seven, ensure the upkeep of the villa throughout the day. The garden and pool are maintained according to a defined schedule, so that all outdoor areas remain ready for use. The entire team operates in a coordinated and discreet manner, freeing you from any logistical constraints and allowing you to fully enjoy every moment.
