Caldonia is a beautiful villa located in an urbanization on the seafront, near one of the ten most spectacular bays of the Mediterranean Sea. This condominium of 32 independent villas (with their own land plot) has a community Fitness & community Spa center and security 24H. The development is oriented towards the southwest, facing the most famous sunset views of the Balearic Islands and close to the nice beach of Cala Conta, arguably the most beautiful beach on the island with its crystalline blue waters and its own adjacent bay with boat access.

This 385 m2 contemporary designer villa is built on a plot of 1100 m2. It offers clear & open spaces which blend with stone, marble, wood and iron.
This fully air-conditioned and super bright property, has 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms en suite and a guest toilet.
You will appreciate the large living room (with integrated dining area and access to the terrace), the fully equipped kitchen (with central island) and the  magnificent TV Room (with  Apple TV, Netflix and a new Profesional sound system). There is also an equipped laundry and high speed WiFi across the whole villa.
Air conditioning in living room, dining room and kitchen.


Outdoors​ 

The property features charming outdoors from where you can see the most spectacular sunsets on the island. 
You will enjoy the private garden, the terrasse surrounding the villa, the outside dining area, the Solarium (with sunbeds and parasols) and the infinite salted swimming pool of 89m2.
There is also an outdoor garage with two car parking spaces.


Staff & Services

The price includes daily housekeeping service (3h per day - from Monday to Friday), Champagne & finger food on arrival, private concierge service at the condominium and Free Access to the Gym & Spa of the condominium.
The condominium is gated and has 24-hour security.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - Spanish
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 5 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
