Indoors
This villa perfectly combines the charm of yesteryear with all the comfort of modern life. The house is full of history and has an important contemporary art collection as well as works from masters such as Salvador Dalí.
The interiors design is spectacular. The original architecture has been restored, placing special care on the wooden beams that support the stone building.
Guests will appreciate the large and comfortable living room (with air conditioning, heating and fireplace), the main dining room, the pre-kitchen dining room, the large capacity celler and the fully equipped kitchen.
The house has air conditioning (in all bedrooms, main living room and kitchen), the heating (throughout the house) and internet is avalaible in all rooms of the house, gardens and swimming pool.
All the rooms have exterior Majorcan blinds with mosquito nets double latches and double curtains, allowing the entrance.
The property has nine magnificent bedrooms designed along the style of the house. Some of them have a balcony and wonderful views of the island.
There is 11 bathrooms in total (9 with bedrooms, 1 guests bathroom and 1 other in the pool area).
Outdoors
The villa has wide and carefully manicured gardens, a terrace dining room and several chill-out areas.
Visitors can see wide variety of native island vegetation that is perfectly integrated with the landscape, providing a calm environment that allows guests to relax in every corner of the property.
They can also enjoy the beautiful swimming pool (16 x 5 metres) with chill-out area, dining area, office with fridge and bathroom with shower.
Staff & Services
The price includes a daily cleaning (general cleaning and daily maintenance the morning - 2 to 4 hours a day, depending on occupancy - At night it includes opening beds and water supply in all rooms), the garden maintenance, the change of sheets once a week, the change of bath towel every two days and the change of pool towels every day.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as additional cleaning time, chef services...
Note : General cleaning does not include cleaning of kitchen utensils or appliances... that guests use during their stay. Staff do not put or remove dishwashers, and do not serve or remove tables.
Location
Villa Manéline is situated inland amidst mountains.
The house is near the most important historic monuments in Mallorca and very close to a wide range of leisure options and places (such as craft markets, bars, coffee shops and a wide selection of restaurants).
Visitors can discover the village center of Porreres (5 km), the Monasterio de Monti-sion (6 km), the Muso Es Baluard de Palma de Mallorca (39 km), the Cuevas del Drach (34 km).
The villa is also located 12 km from the sea (Es Trenc), 34 km from Son San Joan airport, 12 km from the golf courses and 32 km from the Palma aquarium.
