This 350 sqm two-storey house, is set in 1000 sqm of landscaped garden. It encompasses a combination of Spanish architecture and modern technology, providing a comfortable lifestyle in luxurious, spacious surroundings.
The villa has 4 large double bedrooms (2 of which are en-suite). The master suite on ground level has its own dressing-room. All the bedrooms have panoramic bay views and/or private terraces and are finished to the highest standards, with comfortable beds and high quality linen, ensuring a good night's sleep.
Throughout the villa, there is wireless internet access as well as multi-room sonos music system.
Outdoors
Guests can admire the breathtaking views across the Bay of Santa Ponsa and the Tramuntana Mountains whilst sunbathing by the private pool (9mx4m - solar heated and with swimming against the current).
There are various terraces with with comfortable seating and dining table, that give the opportunity to enjoy the amazing sunsets and outside lifestyle popular in this exclusive part of Mallorca.
Visitors can find a barbecue/summer kitchen, conveniently located by the pool.
The property also has a secure parking for up to four cars.
Staff & Services
The price includes housekeeping (3 hours per week), the final housekeeping, concierge services, pool heating and garden maintenance.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as additional housekeeping, chef services, grocery delivery, breakfast, airport transfers, babysitting, or car with driver.

The town and beaches are only a couple of minutes drive away, but are also within walking distance if you are feeling energetic!
Nearby, there are 2 marinas, forest and sports facilities. Downtown Palma can be reached in 15 minutes, and lots of amenities/touristic places are only 5 minutes away.
