Located in the northeast of the island, considered to be the quietest area of Majorca. The Villa Heretat is set in a natural forest with 80,000 m2 of land and no surrounding noise - well, not counting the birds, of course.

Canyamel beach is just a 10-minute drive from the house. The town of Capdepera is 7 minutes away. The nightlife of Cala Rajada is just 15 minutes away by car!
La Finca is also just 6 km from the Park Hyatt Hotel, which boasts facilities open to the public, including tennis courts, padel courts, spa and gym.
What's more, if you prefer to spend some time golfing, the house is really close to Canyamel Golf, Capdepera Golf and Pula Golf.
