Staff & Services
The price includes the final housekeeping, a free rubbish collection service (scheduled every 3 days), gardening and pool cleaning service (scheduled every 3 days) and a cleaning service and change of bed linen and towels after 7 days (for stays of 14 nights).
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as extra cleaning service, laundry and dry cleaning service, extra change of bed linen and towels, taxi service.
Note : gas for the barbecue is not included in the price.
The house has to be delivered in a perfect condition, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged.
Location
The natural reserve of S’Albufera that borders Santa Margarita is a must for hikers. The purchases can be made directly in Santa Margarita or you can go to the neighboring Sa Pobla. The wonderful coastal areas such as Can Picafort, Son Serra de Marina and Platja de Muro, with its white sand beaches and turquoise waters, are only 10 minutes away by car.
The villa is close to beautiful beaches : Playa de Alcudia (13.0 km), Can Picafort (13.1 km), Son Baulo (13.2 km), Torrent des Revellar (13.4 km) and Santa Margalida (1,5 km).
