Master bedroom, 2nd floor, view of the mountains. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom ensuite. This bedroom includes also dressing room, private balcony.

Room 5 - Appartement annexe :
Room, Ground level. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed. Bathroom outside the room. This bedroom includes also living area.


Indoors and outdoors

The unique traditional style of the region has been retained in this chalet and combined with an innovative, elegant and modern touch.

Ground floor
The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious, inviting entrance hall with a wardrobe that offers enough space.
To the right of this entrance area opens the large, open kitchen equipped with the most modern facilities and a dining area.
A laundry room anda technical room are also located on the ground floor as well as a little terrace.

Directly connected to the main house, but also with its own external entrance, is a separate apartment, divided into a living room, which can be turned into a second bedroom, a small dining area with fully equipped apartment kitchen.

First floor

On the first floor you will find a spacious living area with a bar, a large dining area for a large group dinner, a cozy couch area to relax in and a soothing fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer impressive views. This all opens up on a huge, sunny terrace.

 

Location

Villa Loparda is the perfect property to enjoy a luxurious stay and provides the convenience of being close to all that the Engadin has to offer. It is the ideal starting point to enjoy the unique nature of the Engadin or to experience the urban lifestyle in nearby Sankt Moritz. The Italian town of Chiavenna, known for its historic center and its restaurants, is just 25 minutes away, and after a 1 hour drive you reach the famous Lake Como area with its idyllic villages and after a 2-hour drive you reach the fashion city of Milan with the world-famous Milan Cathedral, the Scala Opera House, exclusive designer shops and Italian cuisine that seduces all the senses.

Alpine skiing is possible in the Maloja ski area (walking distance), also in neighbouring Corvatsch-Furtschellas ski area with around 120 km of slopes or in Corviglia ski area in St. Moritz, which can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
