The house is located in Itacaré, in the TXAI Resort which offers 24 hour security. The beach and the hotel reception can be reached on foot in 3 minutes.
The nearest airport is Ilhéus, Salvador da Bahia is only 30 minutes away and Sao Paulo 2 hours.
The resort has a heliport.
