Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size configurable in twin beds. Bathroom private, with bathtub, shower. This bedroom includes also TV.

Room, Ground level, direct access to the garden, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size configurable in twin beds. Bathroom private, with bathtub, shower. This bedroom includes also TV.

Room 3
Room, Lower floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size configurable in twin beds. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also TV, sauna.

The open-plan living area blends natural stone and light wood, featuring an open fireplace and plush sofas. The professional kitchen is equipped with a cooking range, a raclette machine and optimized storage. The dining area facing the floor-to-ceiling windows invites family and friends to share memorable meals. A TV lounge ensures cozy gatherings, while a sauna on the lower level is at your disposal for ultimate relaxation.


Outdoors 

A south-facing balcony allows you to admire the Aiguilles Rouges each morning from sun loungers and cozy blankets. On the garden level, a stone terrace offers a lounge area beside a mountain stream, complete with a pergola-covered jacuzzi for tranquil outdoor moments. The landscaped garden retains a wild atmosphere thanks to centennial pines and larches. Finally, a heated ski room with integrated boot warmers ensures practical storage and optimal comfort every day.

Location

Set on the edge of a forest, the chalet is less than five minutes by shuttle from the heart of Chamonix and its shops. In three minutes you can reach the Brévent-Flégère, Grands Montets and Aiguille du Midi ski areas, as well as ski schools and lifts. The SNCF train station and Aiguille du Midi cable car are quickly accessible for excursions to the Mer de Glace or alpine trails. Chamonix combines a cosmopolitan atmosphere, starred restaurants, luxury boutiques and lively local markets.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff :
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 10% Of rental amount
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization upon arrival on check-in day

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 61 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 56 Days to arrival day : 75 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- Cancellation occurs less than 29 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
