Indoors 

Spanning more than 300 m² on a single level, Chalet Gemme stands out with a living space offering unique dimensions and volumes, bathed in light and offering a breathtaking view of the entire estate. Its décor combines fine materials and bespoke finishes, creating an atmosphere of absolute refinement. The living room, dining area, and kitchen together represent a living space of more than 100 m². The central kitchen, complete with a bar, serves as the heart of the chalet, combining style and functionality. A professional back kitchen allows the chef to prepare dishes in privacy.

The suites, each with an en-suite bathroom, are designed for privacy and comfort, some featuring an ethanol fireplace and direct access to a terrace. To combine relaxation with work, office spaces are also incorporated, reflecting a particular focus on guests' comfort.

A fully equipped fitness room, sauna, and jacuzzi set beneath a heated glass roof create a dedicated wellness area, always open to the surrounding mountains.

Outdoors 

The chalet's two terraces form a seamless extension of the indoor living areas (80 m²). The south-facing terrace overlooks the village of Val d'Isère and its surroundings, whilst the north-facing terrace offers a complete immersion in the Alpine landscape. Each is equipped with an outdoor heating system, allowing you to enjoy the views all year round. An outdoor dining area with a barbecue seats up to twelve people, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals. In addition, comfortable sofas and armchairs invite you to relax and take in the magnificent panoramic views. Its elegance, refinement, and dual-aspect views make it a truly unique property.
