The ruins of the Kasbah of Agadir, dating from 1572, are installed on the hillside offering an exceptional view of the sea. The ramparts are the only survivor of what was once the fortified city of Agadir. On the hill the words "God, Country, King" are inscribed in Arabic, they are illuminated to be visible to all. Go there at the end of the afternoon to get the prettiest photos.

Go to the beach

Agadir has a beautiful and wide sandy beach for 5km. It is also Morocco's leading seaside resort, and holidaymakers from all over the world come to Agadir to enjoy good weather all year round. Even if the water temperature is not very high with big waves, you can take advantage to practice water sports such as surfing.
