My family and I share a passion for real estate, and over the years we've built a small collection of exceptional villas and unique locations around the world. Travel has always been at the heart of our lives—my mother worked for Air France, which allowed us to discover the richness of the world from an early age. Today, our ambition is to share these experiences by offering extraordinary places, thoughtfully designed to welcome travellers in search of emotion, authenticity, and unforgettable moments.
This city has always moved me deeply. Just over a year ago, I fell in love with its setting. Villa Talila was born in a park dotted with fruit trees and bathed in light. It was here that I found the change of scenery and human warmth I had been longing for. Marrakech is a world apart—yet just two hours from Paris. There's a unique vibrancy here, a rare generosity that you can truly feel.
We discovered this place by chance, during a walk through the neighbourhood. At the time, it was a building site—a former stud farm, with horses roaming freely across the region’s characteristic ochre earth. It was a light-bulb moment. The house was still under construction, which allowed us to design the villa according to our own wishes—staying true to our values and creating a space that reflects who we are: authentic, open, and deeply rooted in its surroundings. And for those in search of a thrill, the villa is just 7 km from the Moulay El Hassan International Automobile Circuit.
Absolutely. We wanted 'quiet luxury' - a luxury that is discreet, hinted at, and never ostentatious. Soft colours, only natural materials, and a special focus on local craftsmanship. Each piece and object tells a story, a memory of a trip, a nod to a culture. The idea was to create a soothing place where every detail has meaning.
The light. The light in Marrakech is absolutely exceptional. The villa has been designed to let the light stream freely throughout, creating a subtle dialogue between the interior and exterior. The transparency of the architecture sublimates this warm, golden light, and the vegetation frames the entire home like a living painting. Also, the villa features a large pool, a mountain view, a padel court, and even access to a stud farm offering horseback riding activities upon request.
This was fundamental for me: I wanted a Marrakech-based team that reflected the spirit of Villa Talila—sincere, warm, professional, and capable of offering a truly bespoke experience. We were fortunate to meet local talents who now embody the discreet elegance we were looking for. Each member of the team is deeply committed to creating lasting memories and delivering far more than just a stay at this 9-bedroom luxury villa. The villa also comes with silky bath towels, central air conditioning, and dedicated support throughout your stay.
Without hesitation, the park. It is extraordinary. Olive trees, palm trees and cypresses create a lush setting that embraces the villa. It seems poised there, delicately, at the heart of a green labyrinth punctuated by lakes and patios. This is a place where you can lose yourself and recharge your batteries. A timeless place, perfect for a reading break or a leisurely dinner at one of the many garden tables.
Everyone is welcome: families, groups of friends, sports retreats or business seminars. The villa is adaptable, festive or peaceful, depending on the energy you bring. That is its strength: it welcomes without imposing. Some come for the tranquility, others for the activities: horse riding, a tennis court, quad biking through the palm grove of Marrakech—a magical and historic oasis—or cultural visits such as the Koutoubia Mosque, Jemaa el-Fna Square, or the Dar Si Saïd Museum.
Yes, a very nice surprise. One day, we welcomed a world-renowned pastry chef, who came with his family. We found out who he was the very day he arrived. I immediately informed our kitchen team, who redoubled their efforts... And they were remarkable. At the end of his stay, this chef told us that he had never wanted to dine anywhere else. That was the nicest compliment.
The people. It's impossible to talk about this city without mentioning the kindness, welcome and warmth of its people. Marrakech is a world in itself, a permanent contrast between luxury and simplicity, between desert and lush vegetation. Every traveller comes away transformed, with a deeply personal experience.
