The Villa du Lagon is located on a magnificent Pointe d'Esny beach. This is a very beautiful villa with a much sought-after architecture. The house offers great comfort and is very pleasant. It benefits from an exceptional location, a few minutes drive from the village of Mahébourg and standing right in front of the lagoon.
Villa du Lagon is ideal for discovering the authentic island of Mauritius.

Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, fan.

Villa du Lagon is a very pretty house with colorful decoration. The house extends over 2 floors and offers warm and relaxing interiors, typical of Mauritius.

Ground floor
You will find a fully equipped kitchen, as well as the living / dining room overlooking the terrace.
The laundry room, and a bedroom with bathroom are also on the ground floor.

First floor
Mainly dedicated to the other 3 bedrooms and their bathrooms, the first floor also offers an independent bathroom with WC and a TV corner.

Outdoors

Perfectly designed so that you can enjoy the sunny days and admire the beauty of the landscape, Villa du Lagon offers a beautiful terrace facing the sea, and direct access to the beach.
You can enjoy a moment of relaxation in the shade on the terrace, or share a meal together with a view of the magnificent beach.
For those who prefer to perfect their tan, deckchairs and a parasol are at your disposal right in front of the terrace.

Staff and services

For rentals of 4 people, 1 housekeeper will be present 4 hours in the morning, except Sundays and holidays, and can prepare one meal per day (she does not do the shopping).
For rentals of more than 4 people, 1 cook in addition to the housekeeper will be present 3 am in the morning, except Sundays and holidays.

Rental conditions

- Any external invitation to the contractual guests must be validated in advance by the owner or manager
- Children welcome
- Fireworks are prohibited in the villa, its garden and the beach close by.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - French
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 11:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 500.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

La situation est parfaite.
Kelly et Jocelyne sont deux perles.
Les chaises longues et le nombre de salles de bain.
Séjour très bien organisé par Villanovo, tout parfait !

Le coffre fort qui ne fonctionnait pas avec le code.
2 kayaks mais une seule rame et pas de masques tuba à disposition.

la localisation, la terrasse superbe, Kelly, Bernadette, Jocelyne, le principe que la cuisinière fasse les courses et qu'on la rembourse des frais permet d'avoir plus de temps pour soi
Les équipes Villanovo s'adaptent à nos demandes surtout pour les arrivées et les sorties tout est parfait

il n y en a pas

Insgesamt alles perfekt. Von der ersten Kommunikation bis zu Abreise war alles gut organisiert und kommuniziert. Die Villa ist grossartig ausgestattet und liegt unserer Meinung nach an einem der schönsten Strände von Mauritius.
Besonders möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit des Personals hervorheben - Kelly ist ein Goldstück und die gute Küche von Joycelin hat den Gesamteindruck rund gemacht.
Villanovo ist eine sehr gute organisierte Agentur

Da gibt es nichts - einzig könnte man sagen, dass die Bilder aus dem Internet der Villa nicht entsprechen. In Wirklichkeit ist es viel schöner :-)

it would be helpful if you had a more accurate description of the location - e.g. shares a gate with "East Winds" which is a clear sign, and there is no number shown on the gate way.

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire au bord de l'eau dans cette maison. Un paradis, vraiment!

Property ,location,staff ,all the assistance I needed I found it even before asking. All my trips was in 5 star resorts but I can tell this was the best for my family and myself
