This superb 4-bedroom residence boasts an enclosed garden, a swimming pool (which can be heated) with terrace and a furnished rooftop. It combines the discreet charm of Moroccan life with all modern comforts, just 7 km from the center of Marrakech.

Indoors 

The villa's open, light-filled living spaces are resolutely modern. The main living room (over 70 m²) opens wide to the outside via bay windows. The dining room with pool view, the convivial bar area, the meticulous decoration and the comfort (giant screen TV, air conditioning) create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. The fully-equipped kitchen is reserved for staff.


Outdoors 

You'll be immediately charmed by the property's exteriors: lush green lawns, flower beds and landscaped areas surround the large swimming pool (3 x 15m - Depth: 1.6m), which can be chaffed (on request and at extra cost). Two pool beds and a shaded pergola invite you to relax, while a rooftop with bar offers a privileged space for admiring the sunsets or organizing a convivial evening. The furnished terraces allow you to take full advantage of the mild Moroccan climate in complete privacy.
The villa's parking lot can accommodate 2 cars.


Staff & Services

The villa benefits from the attentive services of a housekeeper who manages the daily housekeeping (assisted if necessary), and prepares and serves breakfast every morning. An intendant keeps the pool clean and a gardener maintains the grounds.

Breakfast is included in the price.

For your other meals, the following formula is available:

  • "A la carte" formula:
    You don't have to worry about the shopping involved in preparing them, the house takes care of it:
    • Lunch: from 25 euros per person.
    • Dinner: from 35 euros per person.

Please note :
- As use of the kitchen is reserved for house staff, lunches and/or dinners are prepared and served on request (at least 24 hours in advance).
- Only one menu for the whole group.
- Cook's hours: Breakfast: 9am to 10:30am - Lunch: 12:30pm to 2:30pm - Dinner: 8pm to 10pm. After this time, a supplement will be charged for each additional hour.

- In this house, meals are prepared exclusively by the house staff.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool

- Please note that the temperature of the pool water varies according to the weather conditions, even with a powerful heating system.
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Property not suitable for children
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Expérience inoubliable ! de très beaux espaces de vie à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur, des suites confortables et joliment décorées, et une magnifique piscine pour se détendre ! Le personnel sur place est très gentil, le service est impeccable et nous nous sommes régalés des petits plats préparés par la cuisinière.

5 jours de rêve entre amis : la maison est magnifiquement décorée, très confortable, parfaitement entretenue et le personnel est adorable. Situation idéale sur le domaine d’Amelkis pour notre petit groupe de golfeurs, nous avons pu faire un parcours différent chaque jour à moins de 5 minutes de la maison !

Villa idéale pour retrouver la famille et passer les fêtes de fin d’année ensemble ! La maison est vraiment spacieuse et lumineuse. C’est très agréable de pouvoir se réunir autour de la table ou dans le salon ou encore à l’extérieur et en même temps avoir des espaces plus intimes. De plus la gouvernante a toujours été aux petits soins pour nous et nous a régalé avec ses petits déjeuners, ses tajines et couscous. On reviendra !
