Indoors

In the living areas and the bedrooms, the decoration is typical Moroccan. The patio gives you some fresh air during summer when the heat is strong.
There is also a lounge and a large dining room, with a huge fireplace.
A hammam is available as well as a massage room.

Outdoors

The riad is built around a courtyard of white marble and features an adjacent garden, which is rare in the Medina of Marrakech.
The roof terrace with solarium, heated swimming pool and Berber tent, is the ideal spot for lunch, dinner or sun lounging.
While enjoying the view of the Koutoubia mosque and the Atlas as a backdrop, it is possible to organise you a drink or a candlelit dinner under the starry sky of Marrakech.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pool has no swimming guard
- The house chef/cook prepares all meals. Meals and beverages will be charged to your final bill.
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- This property is not self catering. Food and drinks are exclusively provided by the staff.
- Language spoken by staff : English - French
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 11:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 800.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Es war rundum eine tolle Zeit in dem Riad Hizad, angefangen von den tollen Mitarbeitern die uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt haben bis zur Ausstattung des Riads.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erstmal möchten wir uns ganz herzlich bei Bettina und Mathilde (Villanovo) für Ihre tolle Unterstützung bedanken.
Beide waren immer gut erreichbar und haben uns in jeder Hinsicht sehr gut unterstützt.
Gerne werden wir wieder über Villanovo buchen.

Le toit patio avec plusieurs coins aménagés, chaises longues, serviettes, chapeaux, piscine,
Les chambres avec une literie et du linge de très belle qualité
Le personnel aux petits soins et d'une gentillesse incroyable

Dommage que payant le taxi par votre intermédiaire, il ne veuille s'engager un peu plus près du Riad....ce qui est tout à fait faisable.

Nous avons été enchantés par l'accueil reçu ! 4 personnes adorables, souriantes et efficaces. Sana, Khadija, Salema et Hassan forment vraiment une excellente équipe.
Le riad est très très beau et nous avons profité de chaque pièce et terrasse
Les repas étaient excellents
Nous étions vraiment très tristes de partir......

Excellent service de Villanovo à tout point de vue ! Communication entre le riad et l'agence excellente et tout s'est déroulé comme sur des roulettes !

The riad was very nice but the best was the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. Really excellent!

Riad vraiment exceptionnel.

Tout nous a plu. Pas de remarque négative. Une villa associant l'ancien de la construction et un aménagement moderne. Les chambres magnifiques.

Une isolation faillible, difficile à chauffer en cette période.

The villa itself once we got in was heaven! The rooms were great (except for lack of bathroom doors) and the living rooms were excellent.

The two ladies and Hassan gave great hospitality through out the stay

Great villanovo website. will resume and recommend.

A welcome pack would have a neat touch when we got to the riad. One page map and few contact numbers very basic.

The ordeal of walking for 10 minutes with Hassan through narrow streets etc was quite stressful for some of the girls. language barrier of us only speaking English and not French didn't help.

The roof top sofas cushions etc could do with a clean though!

We have issue on Saturday night when the driver and Hassan were not answering their phones when we tried to get contact back home. Rest was great!

Website kept cutting off which was annoying.

J'ai réservé directement sur le site, mais Lydia de villanovo à Marrakech a toujours été très réactive dans ses échanges par emails. Toutes ses informations étaient très précises et nous savions à quoi nous attendre en arrivant sur place. Tout a été parfait.

Un véritable salon et salle à manger rare dans un Riad et le chauffage central

Piscine non chauffée à notre arrivée bien que demandé au préalable
Très difficile d'accès en voiture ce qui est très limite dans cette gamme de séjour / prix...

Loved location, price-quality-ratio, ambiance. Owner or manager was only available for an hour upon arrival, would have been nice to have someone to ask questions throughout the stay. Breakfast very much the same all mornings, could have been more variety (esp fresh fruits, nicer bread). Service level could have been a bit better (eg fruit basket or water available throughout; tea offered; change /renewal of towels and cleaning of bed rooms not every day or only upon request)

Riad superbe,agréable, très clair et d'une propreté exemplaire!
Les chambres sont spacieuses, les salles de bain luxueuses!
La terrasse est fantastique, plusieurs petits coins pour s'isoler, agréable bassin, et une belle végétation. Extra d'y déjeuner au soleil.
La cuisine faîte par Latifah est délicieuse. Très bon service. Bonne équipe.
Et surtout un accueil fantastique d'Isabelle la maîtresse de maison, qui a été d'une grande aide pour beaucoup de choses, guidage dans les souks, conseils sur les lieux à visiter, les restaurants où aller déjeuner. Merci pour son écoute, ses attentions, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

La piscine en terrasse + la qualité des masseuses + la propreté du lieu

Petit détail technique concernant la piscine qui s'est avérée une grosse déception : Nous avons choisi ce riad pour sa piscine chauffée comme annoncé dans l'annonce, mais nous n'avons pas pu en profiter. A notre arrivée l'eau était à 22 degrés, et à notre demande la température est montée à 32 degré (magnifique, nous n'en demandions pas tant!) le lendemain après-midi seulement. Malheureusement nous avons quitté le riad vers midi pour partir en excursion.
