Room 2
Room, Garden level, direct access to the garden, direct access to the courtyard. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 3
Room, Garden level, direct access to the garden, independent access. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 4
Room, Garden level, direct access to the garden, independent access. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

There are three 3 double bedrooms on the garden level (bedrooms 2, 3 and 4). Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower. One of them is a large suite.
The master suite (bedroom 1) is located on the first floor with ensuite bathroom and private terrace.
A TV lounge located on the first floor can be transformed into a fifth bedroom and may accommodate up to two children.


Indoors & Outdoors

The house has a warm and contemporary atmosphere. It also benefits from large volumes, vast openings and beautiful views of the garden and the Atlas Mountains.
The central lounge room offers a chimney. It is used in winter times as a dining room. Large French windows provide direct access to the garden and the pool. Outside dining areas on the terrace by the garden or by the patio.
The house also features a traditional hammam (steam room), a kitchen, two furnished terraces, two hectares of garden, and a beautiful 20 metre long pool*.
The parking can host up to 4 cars.

* The swimming pool can be heated from October to May upon request and at an additional cost.

The very discreet staff (steward, cook and assistant-cook, chambermaids) provides quality service and table service.
