In summary 

This refined villa of 450 m2 set in one hectare of parkland enjoys an exceptional location just 5 minutes' drive from the centre of Marrakech and the airport. Just 600 metres from Villa M, you will find the magnificent ATLAS GOLF and the OASIRIA water park. The villa is just opposite the ROYAL equestrian club.
The villa can accommodate 12 to 14 people in its 6 bedrooms (one bedroom in the villa is triple and the bedroom in the pavilion can accommodate a child under the age of 10 on a bench seat).

Room 1
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also fireplace, living area, dressing room, private terrace.

Room 2
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub, walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also fireplace, living area, dressing room, private terrace.

Room 3
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size configurable in twin beds. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also living area.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor, direct access to the pool. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, walk-in shower. This bedroom includes also fireplace, living area, private terrace.

Room 5
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds configurable as a double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, walk-in shower. This bedroom includes also fireplace, living area, private terrace.

Room 6
Room, Ground level, direct access to the garden, in a pavilion. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub, walk-in shower, 1 washbasin. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also fireplace, living area.

The 6th bedroom is in the pavilion. One of the benches in the lounge area can be converted into a child's bed. The bedroom opens onto a large terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The terrace is equipped with deckchairs and a coffee table. 

All bedrooms have an enclosed WC in the bathroom.


Indoors

The villa consists of an entrance opening onto a large, enclosed patio and a pleasant lounge-dining room. The square dining room table can seat 12 people for a delicious Moroccan meal, which will be prepared on request by our cook.
The living area with its large fireplace is furnished with furniture from the famous La Mamounia hotel (comfortable sofas, armchairs, coffee table, floor lamps), a large flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a good-quality sound system and a library.
The kitchen, close to the dining room, is modern and fully equipped so that the cook can prepare delicious meals for you. 


Outdoors

The living room opens onto a large terrace with a round table and armchairs for 8 people, a square coffee table with sofa and armchairs and a large table for 12 to 13 people overlooking the large 15mx5m swimming pool surrounded by Taza stone slabs. The pool can be heated at an additional cost. To be paid at least 10 days before arrival. 
There is a large, well-kept and exotic safe garden where children can play and enjoy their holiday.
In the patio, a massage room can accommodate 2 massage beds (with massage on request)


Staff & Services

The kitchen is dedicated to the cook, who will prepare delicious, hearty breakfasts every morning, as well as meals on request (to be arranged the day before). Her cooking is tasty, high-quality, clean and based on fresh produce (meat and vegetables). 
A cleaning lady takes care of the daily cleaning and maintenance of the villa during your stay. 

The villa offers 2 formulas: MENU formula and LIBERTE formula (meal for children under 2 free of charge).

MENU option: payable on site at the end of your stay in cash at the villa 
- choice of lunch from the menus with starter, main course and dessert. 24e per adult per meal 
- choice of dinner from the menus with starter, main course and dessert. 28e per adult and per meal 
- lunch or dinner for children aged 2 to 8. 12 per child per meal 

LIBERTE option: payable on site at the end of your stay in cash at the villa. If you choose this option, it applies to all meals taken per day at the VILLA.
- for stays of at least 7 nights (excluding Christmas and New Year holidays)
- for a group of at least 8 adults
- the steward will take care of any shopping requested by the client, which must be reimbursed in cash each time it is spent. A charge of €8/adult/meal/day and €5/meal/child (under 2 years old)/day will be made for the preparation, cooking and serving of meals. 
- 8 per meal per day per adult 
- 5€ /meal/kid from 2 years old to 8 years old adn free for kids who are under 2 years old.
