Come and stay at Villa Siham, a magnificent 270m² residence located on the edge of the prestigious Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech golf estate. Thanks to its ideal location, you will have easy access to the various activities offered by the golf resort (tennis, swimming pool, gym, spa, restaurants). The house, which is all on one level, is superbly open on either side to a beautiful, exotic-style garden that is perfectly maintained. Sleeping up to 8 people, this charming property, with its luxurious refined decor, will be the ideal place for your holidays with family or friends.
The villa can be rented as a 3-bedroom or 4-bedroom property.

Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom private, with shower. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also TV, safe, private terrace.

Room 4
Room, Ground level, independent access. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also TV, safe.

You'll love the spacious living/dining area, superbly open to the outdoors.
The villa is equipped with a top-of-the-range sound system (inside and outside).
The house's 4 beautiful bedrooms (including a master suite with walk-in shower and sky-view whirlpool bath) offer you the promise of restful nights.


Outdoors 

You can enjoy the Marrakech climate all year round, thanks to the beautiful and generous garden (700m2), the shaded terraces and the heatable swimming pool (secured - 4 x 10m).
The property also includes a 2-car garage.


Staff & Services

For your comfort, a cook (refined Moroccan, French and Italian cuisine)/housekeeper will be on hand to make your stay a truly relaxing one in this idyllic setting.
She speaks very good French and is available from 8am to 5pm. She can also prepare the evening meal in advance or stay for an extra charge.

- The cook works until 5pm. For service from 5pm to 10.30pm, additional cost of €20/day.
- Lunch: €25/adult, €13/child (under 12), free for under 5s 
- Dinner: €30/adult, €15/child (under 12), free for under-5s 
- Full board: €50/adult, €25/child (under 12)

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

1. Piscine : Idéale pour se détendre et profiter du soleil lorsque la motivation pour sortir n’y est pas. En plus des enceintes connectées qui donnent l’impression d’être dans un beach club mais à la maison .
2. Terrasse avec le petit coin barbecue : Parfait pour les repas en plein air.
3. Wi-Fi haut débit : Indispensable pour rester connecté, que ce soit pour le travail ou les loisirs.
4. Climatisation centrale : Pour un confort optimal dans ces temps de chaleur . La villa était toujours fraîche
5. La décoration : Un atout important. Une décoration scandinave qui laisse sans voir et rentre dans les tons de la ville rouge . Et la baignoire avec toi ouvert . Magnifique !
6. La localisation de la villa : Bien qu’un peu excentré de la ville, le calme et l’absence de vis-à-vis dans la villa nous font oublier la distance .
7. La propreté : Une maison qui n'est pas bien entretenue ou propre peut gâcher le séjour. Et durant tout le séjour , Zineb a veillé à cela . Le ménage était quotidiennement fait et la literie était remplacée .
1. Mauvaise localisation : Loin des commerces, des attractions ou des transports publics, ce qui complique les déplacements. Il faut obligatoirement recourir à une location de véhicule ou avoir un chauffeur qui viendra vous récupérer à la villa et vous déposer .
2. Le manque d'autonomie : L’on ressent une dépendance à l'égard du personnel ou du propriétaire. Si la villa nécessite une présence constante du personnel pour des tâches comme l'entretien, la cuisine, ou même l'ouverture des portes, cela peut limiter l’indépendance et le confort. On se sent vraiment limité pour profiter de la maison à notre manière. Il y’a également Impossibilité de cuisiner soi-même. Si la villa impose l'utilisation d'une cuisinière ou restreint l'accès à la cuisine pour les locataires, cela limite notre liberté de préparer nos propres repas. Cela peut être frustrant si vous préférez cuisiner vous-même, que ce soit pour des raisons de goût, de régime alimentaire, ou simplement pour le plaisir de cuisiner.Ce manque d'autonomie peut être frustrant si vous recherchiez un séjour où vous pouviez être complètement indépendant.
3. Présence d'une caméra de surveillance dans le salon : La présence d'une caméra de surveillance à l'intérieur de la maison, particulièrement dans des espaces privés comme le salon, peut être dérangeante. Cela peut donner l'impression que votre intimité est compromise, même si la caméra est là pour des raisons de sécurité. Ce manque de confidentialité peut rendre certains locataires mal à l'aise et affecter leur sentiment de confort dans la villa.
