The living area is very spacious, and the lounge doors open to give you a huge open plan area, as the kitchen and lounge spill out onto the balcony, all looking out onto the ocean.

The three bedrooms are all ensuite, and each is luxuriously appointed. Two rooms have queen sized beds, and the third can be made up either as a king sized bed or as two single beds.

The kitchen has everything you need. There is also a barbecue available on the balcony.

Secure underground parking is provided for two cars.

The apartment is an easy stroll from the Camps Bay beach and the village with its array of restaurants and night life. The Theatre on the Bay is just around the corner, and the rest of Cape Town’s major tourist attractions are easily accessible by car.

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 50 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- Advance payments can be made with the following payment method : Visa - Mastercard - Carte Bleue - Bank transfer.
- On site payment can be made with the following payment method : Visa - Mastercard - Cash.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
