Spacious fan-cooled lounge with three distinct areas incorporating the impressive Palimanan frieze, comfortable seating areas, flat-screen TV/DVD player with Google Chromecast video system, speaker system (with optional karaoke), and pool table.
Open-air dining pavilion with pitched roof, table for 12 people, and ocean views through the palm trees.
Modern, fully equipped guest kitchen adjacent to the dining room with built-in breakfast bar and seating for 10.


Outdoors 

The villa offers 1.5 hectares of tropical gardens and lawns, bordered by coconut trees, with a 25-meter swimming pool with jacuzzi, furnished terraces, and a shaded pavilion by the beach. The white sand beach, ideal for swimming, is perfect for snorkeling and kayaking, and the villa is located next to an 18-hole golf course.

The villa has a dedicated staff team, including a manager, chef, kitchen assistant, service staff, housekeepers, gardeners, security guards, and a technical assistant available on request.


Location

Villa Anandita is located in Sira, on the edge of a beautiful white sand beach, offering views of the coast, mountains, and Gili Air Island, which is accessible in 15 minutes by boat. In the immediate vicinity are an 18-hole golf course, renowned restaurants and hotels, and a local village just a few kilometers away. The villa is located about a 2-hour drive from Lombok International Airport and is also easily accessible from Bali by fast ferry or short flight.
