Indoors
This 350 m² Mediterranean villa has a main house with 2 floors and a separate pavilion.
In the main house there are 4 bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. On the first floor, guests will appreciate a spacious living/dining area with open kitchen and direct access to the covered veranda.
Only a few steps away from the main house, there is the separate pavillon whith a double bedroom (with an additional sleeping place for a child in a bunk bed) and a separate bathroom.
Outdoors
Surrounded by a stone wall, the property is hardly visible from the outside and offers a high degree of intimacy.
Guests will appreciate the summer kitchen with barbecue and covered dining area open to the sea side, the comfortably furnished terraces, a charming veranda and a nice garden.
They will enjoy the heatable infinity saltwater pool (7.5 x 3 metres and 1.60 metre deep) with panoramic view of the offshore small islands.
On the property, there is also a stone staircase that leads to a private, sail-protected bathing area with a small jetty and buoy on the crystal blue sea. .
Staff & Services
Price includes the first filling of the fridge, welcome Damaltian refreshments, bath amenities, a bread service (the baker will deliver daily fresh rolls, doughnuts and strudels on request. Guests order from the list, villa takes care of the delivery charges) and the final housekeeping.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services, on request, such as shuttle services, a daily housekeeping, additional towels and bedlinen, a shopping service (one time or shopping service all day of the stay), meals (breakfast - breakfast and lunch - breakfast and dinner - lunch or dinner), mobiler bartender services, babysitting, mobile massages, car with driver or pool heating.
Location
Villa SeaBreeze is located on a 90 km2 island (the furthest Croatian island from the mainland), spared from mass tourism, and known for its beautiful beaches, bays and olive and wine cultivation.
The bay of Milna with its sandy beach and restaurants is only a few minutes walk away (Milna is approximately 10 km from the ferry port).
The island capital Vis with all shopping facilities and markets is 9 km away.
