Room 2 - 2nde Maison - 1 :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC in the bathroom.

Room 3 - 2nde Maison - 2 :
Room, 1st floor. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed 160 cm, 1 single bed. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC are shared.

Room 4 - 2nde Maison - 3 :
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC are shared.

Note: there is also a mezzanine for two children or teenagers on the ground floor.

Comprising two detached houses that harmoniously combine modern comforts with authenticity, this property offers breathtaking views of the sea and the rooftops of the village.  

Grande Maison (Large house) :
You'll be charmed by its pleasant living spaces.
The living room, with access to the terrace, offers a convivial space perfect for relaxing. 
The dining area has double-height ceilings, creating an airy space ideal for family meals. The kitchen is fully equipped. 

Seconde Maison (2nd house):
Its charming lounge is perfect for cosy evenings with family or friends, and its well-stocked library invites hours of reading. This house also comprises an equipped kitchen.
The ground floor also has space for storing suitcases.


Outdoors 

The exteriors are just as impressive as the interiors, offering a variety of spaces in which to relax, dine and enjoy the views.
At the entrance, the "Cupressus" garden offers parking for cars and a stone barbecue.
Guarded by a crocodile sculpture, the terrace offers incredible views of Pointe de la Biche. It's the perfect place to dine al fresco or enjoy an aperitif while tasting figs picked straight from the tree.
At the back of the houses, you'll find the "Pré aux Pruniers" area, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing.
You can also easily get to the beach and enjoy the natural charms of the surrounding area, thanks to the coastal path that runs alongside the property.
