This 150 m² retreat, accommodating up to 10 guests (children are not accepted as the house is not suitable), offers breathtaking sea views and is just 150 meters from the beach. Featuring spacious and bright interiors, this property is perfect for groups of friends. The outdoors include a lovely garden and two terraces offering stunning views of the sea and surrounding landscape.

The ground floor opens to an elegant and spacious 50 m² living area, including a dining corner and a lounge with panoramic sea views through bay windows. The modern, fully equipped open kitchen facilitates meal preparation in a convivial atmosphere. This property also includes amenities like a barbecue, a washing machine, a dryer, and ironing facilities to meet all your needs.
Note: the property has a fireplace but only for decoration, fires are prohibited.

Outdoors 

The villa features a beautiful enclosed 1,850 m² garden, perfect for sunbathing. Two terraces line the house: one of 20 m² facing south to catch sunlight all day, and another 10 m² terrace facing the sea, offering an idyllic setting for sipping morning coffee or enjoying an evening aperitif.

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Avant tout, l'accueil de Christophe et Sophie ainsi que leurs bons conseils ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Ils ont été précieux dans la découverte de cette partie de Bretagne que nous ne connaissions pas encore.
La maison est idéalement située et bien équipée. Les photos sur le site ne sont pas toujours très représentatives des lieux, mais donnent plutôt une idée globale.


Un canapé dans le salon serait réellement un plus car permettrait de bien profiter du séjour et de la vue. Comme ce commentaire avait déjà été fait par des locataires précédents, nous espérions que les propriétaires en avaient tenu compte.

La maison est magnifique avec une superbe vue partout ! Il a été rénové il n'y a pas si longtemps, donc tout est encore si frais et nouveau !

Une réussite, cette maison modernisée où l'on a l'impression d'être les pieds dans l'eau, d'être au coeur de la nature sauvage depuis de nombreuses pièces ! Impression d'être dehors dedans, magique ! Grand espace salon salle à manger parfait avec vue imprenable... Literie au top.
Quelques optimisations facile pour un confort maximum : du matériel de cuisine plus adapté pour une maison pouvant accueillir 10 personnes (ex : 2 plats à tarte et pas un), des rangements dans les chambres (ex : patère, portemanteaux...), un canapé au moins dans le salon. Mais tout cela va certainement arriver dans cette maison très récente. Je n'en doute pas !
