This spacious villa of 250 m2 is spread over 2 levels and offers pleasant interiors, enhanced by terraces.
You will appreciate its living rooms as well as its 5 bedrooms, which offer calm and comfort.


Outdoors​ 

You can enjoy the superb 2000m² garden, with direct access to the splendid Pero beach where you can practice all kinds of water sports and share convivial moments in the straw huts.
You can park your vehicles in the garden.

You will receive a personal welcome on site.
The owners live nearby in the caretaker's house and will be able to help you with your restaurant reservations, boat rentals, jet-ski rentals...


Location

The villa is located in Cargèse, a charming authentic village which is also the starting point for many walks and visits.
You can easily get to the beach, which is at the end of the garden.
On the beach, you can try your hand at water sports (hire of jet skis, towed buoys, kayaks and paddle boats) and enjoy 4 restaurants:
- Paillotte A Piaghja (very famous),
- Paillotte Laetizia,
- Paillotte 1769,
- Paillotte U Lustincone,
Another is at the Ta kladia hotel.
Horse-riding enthusiasts will love the nearby Chiuni beach, where horses can be bathed.
From the port of Cargèse, you can hire a boat for the calanques of Piana and the Scandola reserve.
