Indoors 

The house, which was completely renovated in 2020, beautifully combines the charm of a 1950s home with the comfort of a modern villa.
You’ll appreciate the fully equipped kitchen with high-end countertops, the dining table custom-made by a cabinetmaker, the unique turret bedroom, the charm of the exposed beams in the main living area, and the wine cellar.
The villa also features air conditioning, a smart TV (Siemens QLED), and large windows that allow you to enjoy a magnificent view of Cap Canaille and the sea.


Outdoors​ 

The property features lovely outdoor spaces, with exceptional views of the port of Cassis, Cap Canaille, the Couronne Charlemagne, the Château de Cassis, and Bestouan Beach.
You can enjoy the large, beautifully landscaped terraces, the many spots in the garden perfect for relaxation and unwinding, and the heated infinity pool with a waterfall (10 x 4 m – depth ranging from 0.2 to 1.4 m). 
From the villa, you can reach the beach via a small pedestrian staircase.
The property includes parking spaces for 4 cars.


Staff & Services

In July and August, the price includes breakfast (with pastries delivered every morning) and the final cleaning at the end of your stay.
Pool heating is included from July to September (optional the rest of the year, heating may not be available during certain weeks due to strong Mistral winds).
You can also get advice on local sports and leisure activities, and buy wine on site.

Concerning the heating of the swimming pool:

• The pool is naturally heated in July and August, unless additional heating is needed, in which case it is heated by the heat pump.
• In June, September and October the pool is heated by the heat pump.
• Outside the period from June 15 to October 15, the pool can be heated; rates are negotiable depending on weather conditions.

Location

The villa is located in Cassis, at the tip of the peninsula. It enjoys a prime location just 50 meters above Bestouan Beach, accessible via a small pedestrian staircase.
You’ll be a 5-minute walk from the port and downtown Cassis, and an 8-minute walk from Port Miou and the Calanques National Park.
The Hôtel des Roches Blanches is 200 meters away (3 gourmet restaurants), and La Madie restaurant is 1 km away (3 Michelin stars).
The Cassis train station is 3 km away, the center of Marseille via La Gineste is 20 km away, and Aix-en-Provence is 60 km away.
