Indoors 

The interior is both warm and refined. The bright living room features adjustable sofas and a discreetly integrated motorized television. The large, fully equipped kitchen opens onto a cozy dining room that seats ten guests. Fine materials, Italian ceramics, tasteful decor: every detail reflects Provençal chic in a soothing atmosphere.


Outdoors 

Life continues outdoors, between the superb heated swimming pool* (12 x 6m - depth: 1.5 to 1.6m), a sauna for relaxation, a multi-sports tennis court (volleyball, badminton, basketball), a shaded petanque court, and a ping-pong table. The terrace under the vines is perfect for summer meals with a magnificent view, while the one-hectare wooded park ensures privacy and a complete change of scenery.

*Pool heating is included in the price from April to October.
The rest of the year (approximately from October 7 to April 11), pool heating is not included in the price but can be provided on request and at an additional cost.


Location

Ideally located between La Garde-Freinet (5 min) and Grimaud (10 min), the villa offers quick access to local shops, markets, and iconic attractions in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, while providing an exceptional natural setting. The Les Arcs-Draguignan TGV station (35 min) and Toulon-Hyères airport (50 min) make it easy to get around, and you can reach Saint-Tropez or Port Grimaud in just 20 minutes.
