In summary

This comfortable single-storey family home of 150m2 is a stone's throw from the beach in Bois Plage. The house has 4 double bedrooms that can accommodate 8 people. The interiors are bathed in light all day and the bay windows open onto the pool terrace creating an idyllic atmosphere for a stay with family or friends.

Room, Garden level, direct access to the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom.

Room 2
Room, Terrace level, direct access to the pool. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom shared, with bathtub, shower. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also private terrace.

Room 3
Room, Terrace level, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 2 single bed 90 cm. Bathroom shared, with bathtub, shower. WC are shared.

Room 4
Room, Pool level, independent access. This bedroom has 2 single bed 90 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom.


Indoors

Villa Olivia is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and the TV lounge with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, one of which with private shower room and 1 bathroom, an independent part with a bedroom, shower room, toilet and laundry room.


Outdoors

The villas has two seperate exterior areas : a green area with a courtyard and a swimming pool corner to enjoy the happiness of being together and a terrace with blinds for lunches. 
Heated outdoor swimming pool of 8m x 4m is secured by a cover.
The sheltered courtyard has summer lounge and patios. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi (heated all year round) and shower in an inner courtyard.
​1 spot car parking is at your disposal in front of the entrance in a semi-private cul-de-sac.


Location

Villa Olivia is ideally located, 5 minutes from the charming village of Bois-Plage, between the beautiful sandy beaches and the lively centre with its market and numerous shops.

Rental conditions

- All guests use any hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, steam room facilities at their own risk
- Children welcome
- Customers are asked to deposit their garbage by leaving in the containers provided for this purpose.
- During school holidays, minimum stay of 7 nights
- Each participant must have full insurance coverage for personal liability
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- Noise (and loud music) are prohibited by law from 22h, thank you to respect that.
- Pets not allowed
- Please note that the temperature of the pool water varies according to the weather conditions, even with a powerful heating system.
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Security system for the pool
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The pool is open from May to September
- Language spoken by staff : English - French
- Check-in : 17:00 h - Check out : 09:00 h
- A tourist tax will be added to your final bill : 2.53 EUR per guest per night
- Amount of security deposit : 3 000.00 EUR

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
- Booking Cancellation fee : 100 EUR
- Changes to confirmed arrangements fee : 100 EUR

Location good, lovely villa, pool and facilties were very good. Il de Re is fab!
There were manual safety catches on the pool cover and plenty signs to say you had to unhook before opening the cover on the pool, I had teenagers and they ended up breaking it, its fine I will pay the charge, but not a good system for a rental house. That is a small point, it is more we respected the house like it was our own and the small damage annoyed me!!

Loved house location, decor, outside space, pool, jacuzzi.
Villanovo agents were very efficient and helpful
Minor issues-small kitchen, although very well equipped. Unfortunate that sink hose wasn’t working as large kitchen sinks without hose difficult to keep clean
Outdoor shower very convenient but less well maintained than last year-with moss build up on wooden floor

Excellent house, very nice place well located.
Excellent service of Villanovo before and during the stay.
Too hot in summer. It would be necessary either to do something to be able to open the windows without insects entering the house or to obtain better quality fans.

Excellent location, beautiful gardens, pool and outdoor space as well as shaded outdoor area. Comfortable living area and good layout of bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Excellent Wi-Fi signal. Very clean. Lovely décor throughout house Felt like a home from home
One of us worked very comfortably in 4th bedroom during trip -excellent Wi-Fi in annex bedroom made this possible.

Villanovo team was very responsive. Excellent customer service. Very good housekeeping service

Das Haus ist perfekt für zwei Familien, weil jeder durch die gute Aufteilung viel Privatsphäre hat. Wunderschöner Garten mit verschiedenen Bereichen und Ausblicken. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet inklusive Gewürze. Man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause.

Das Angebot an Ferienhäusern ist sehr hochwertig und qualitativ ausgesucht. Wer wirklich schöne und geschmackvolle Unterkünfte sucht, ist bei Villanovo sehr gut aufgehoben.
