The manor house is complemented by a cosy lounge in the guest house and a poolside kitchen, ideal for outdoor events.
Outdoors
The estate boasts a remarkable garden with a shaded terrace where 22 guests can dine al fresco. The swimming pool and its sun loungers promise moments of escape, whilst the tennis court, croquet, table tennis and walking and cycling trails offer a wide range of activities. The hot tub and wellness area round off this relaxing experience. Unique activities, such as falconry demonstrations, add an extra touch of charm to the natural setting.

The property is available with two levels of service:
- Standard Package: this includes a concierge service to organise your stay, an on-site concierge/caretaker, a continental breakfast, a daily cleaning service, and a daily laundry service for towels.
- ‘Fully-staffed’ package: this includes the same services as the Standard Package, plus the services of a chef to prepare meals (excluding the cost of ingredients), dining staff for dinner, a concierge and a caretaker, and a daily laundry service.
On request and with additional charges, various services can be arranged: massages, yoga instructors and personal trainers, chauffeur services, bespoke excursions (fishing, hunting, local calvados and cheese tastings, etc.).

The property is situated two kilometres from the charming town of Conches-en-Ouche, in the Eure, an iconic region of Normandy. Its easy access from Paris (around 1 hour 15 minutes by train) makes it the perfect spot for a quick getaway into the heart of the Normandy countryside. The region offers a wide range of cultural and outdoor activities: markets selling traditional produce, forest walks, the D-Day beaches, Mont-Saint-Michel, and major historical sites nearby.
