Chalet Maximus is an elegant 450 m² property located in Méribel, offering ski-in access and panoramic views of the valley. Its layout combines the charm of traditional materials with contemporary style and modern amenities: indoor swimming pool, cinema room, seven bedrooms including a private annex and a dedicated children's area. Each space is designed to offer comfort and conviviality in close proximity to the slopes and the resort centre.

The chalet features a spacious, bright living room with a fireplace, beautiful wood and stone features, and contemporary furniture. The living area, which opens onto the kitchen and dining room, provides a pleasant setting for sharing moments with family or friends. For leisure activities, a cinema room and an indoor swimming pool complete the amenities.

The bedrooms, divided between the main area and a separate annex, all have en-suite bathrooms and high-quality bedding. A mezzanine with three beds provides a suitable space for children.


Outdoors 

The chalet has a balcony and a terrace with unobstructed views of the surrounding peaks. These outdoor spaces are ideal for relaxing or sharing a meal while enjoying the scenery.
Three parking spaces complete the property.

Rental conditions

- All guests use any hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, steam room facilities at their own risk
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - French
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 5 000.00 GBP
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization upon arrival on check-in day

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 70 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 70 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
