Les Cordettes is a residence close to the centre of Morzine, 650 metres from the Super Morzine cable car. It is linked to the centre of the village and the start of the slopes by a free shuttle bus. Discover the typical mountain village resort of Morzine, located in the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski area and its 600 km of slopes. You will appreciate the lively village life and its art of living which will not fail to entertain you throughout your holiday.

Room, 1st floor. The bedroom has 3 Beds including 2 single bed 90 cm configurable as a double bed, 1 trundle beds 80 cm. This bedroom includes also TV.

Room 3
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 90 cm. This bedroom includes also balcony, closet.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 80 cm. This bedroom includes also closet.

Les Cordettes 5 is a duplex flat. Thanks to its warm and friendly atmosphere, you will feel at home. 
Bright and spacious, it offers a beautiful living space with an open kitchen, a dining area, a living room with fireplace and a terrace facing south-east.
You will enjoy the sunshine and the view of the mountains.  
Four bedrooms and three shower rooms make up the sleeping area and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

The price includes welcome in agency, bathroom products and final cleaning (except for the kitchen).


Location

You will be charmed by Morzine, its panoramas, skiing and other activities. It's a great place to share simple, authentic moments. Some of the peaks of the Alps have never seemed so close!

You will be at :

- 950 m from the ski schools.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- Concierge Pass Plus : includes, in addition to the Snow Pass concierge service, the organisation of ski lessons, the organisation of shopping delivery(s), as well as reservations for gare station or airport transfers, restaurants, babysitting, activities, wellness services and Christmas decorations.
- Concierge Serenity Pass : includes, in addition to Snow Pass and Pass Plus Concierge, reservations for a chef/caterer (depending on the category of the property), butler (above a certain amount), private transport (drivers, taxis), helicopter transfer (heliski), or other providers services.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- Pets not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- Snow Pass Concierge service : includes reservations for ski rental and ski passes and ski lessons.
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- The tenant undertakes to maintain the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness. They must dispose of their rubbish and clean their dishes before leaving. If the accommodation is returned in a condition requiring abnormally excessive cleaning, the additional costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 61 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- If you cancel your booking, Villanovo shall make the property available for rent to other clients. If the property is booked to another client for the entire rental period, Villanovo shall refund to you 80% of the paid rental fee regardless of the cancellation date. If the property is rented to another client for a portion of the rental period, the refund shall be prorated accordingly..
- Special COVID-19: In the event of a travel ban taken by the authorities of the country of destination, we guarantee a full refund up to 14 days before the expected date of arrival at the villa..
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 61 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
