Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- Concierge Pass Plus : includes, in addition to the Snow Pass concierge service, the organisation of ski lessons, the organisation of shopping delivery(s), as well as reservations for gare station or airport transfers, restaurants, babysitting, activities, wellness services and Christmas decorations.
- Concierge Serenity Pass : includes, in addition to Snow Pass and Pass Plus Concierge, reservations for a chef/caterer (depending on the category of the property), butler (above a certain amount), private transport (drivers, taxis), helicopter transfer (heliski), or other providers services.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- Snow Pass Concierge service : includes reservations for ski rental and ski passes and ski lessons.
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- The tenant undertakes to maintain the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness. They must dispose of their rubbish and clean their dishes before leaving. If the accommodation is returned in a condition requiring abnormally excessive cleaning, the additional costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 30 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 70 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- If you cancel your reservation more than 31 days before the start of your stay, the cancellation fee will be equal to the deposit paid at the time of booking. However, if we are able to rent the house to other travelers on the dates you had reserved, we will only retain 10% of the reservation amount as a cancellation fee and the rest will be refunded to you..
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 31 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
