Indoors

Covering an area of ​​1000 m2, the Villa Enago is spread over 4 levels, and has a lift. It is dressed in a simple but warm decoration and offers spacious and bright living spaces.

Garden level (slightly in the basement)
You will find the children's dormitory, the games room which offers billiards and table football, but also the gym, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and the hammam.

Ground floor
The ground floor houses the living / dining room and its rustic look with fireplace, piano, and large table that can accommodate up to 16 people, the TV lounge and its library, the fully equipped and modern open kitchen, and two bedrooms.

The first and second floors are dedicated to the other rooms of the villa.


Outdoors

This magnificent Provencal house offers a garden of over 10,000 m2, and an area that covers more than 1,100 ha.
Ideal for a rejuvenating holiday, the villa is surrounded by vineyards, pines and centuries-old oaks, and also offers a generous secure swimming pool of 17m x 8m, a private pond, as well as a landscaped park.
You will enjoy beautiful moments of conviviality around a good meal outdoors, or during a game of pétanque, or during one of the many activities offered on the estate such as wine tasting, visiting the cellar, a visit to the butterfly garden, a mountain bike excursion, a horse ride, or a night safari or an astronomical observation.
For lovers of nature hikes, you can, through private paths, climb the nearby mountain. From up there, at an altitude of over 800m, you will enjoy an exceptional 360 ° panorama of the Gorges du Verdon via Sainte Victoire, and up to the sea with the island of Porquerolles.
The property also has a charging point for electric vehicles.


Location

Ideally located in the heart of Provence, the property is located just 1 hour from Saint-Tropez, between the magnificent cities of Aix-en-Provence and Monaco.
While staying in Villa Enago, you will have the opportunity to explore many renowned places in Provence, such as the Verdon gorges, the Sainte-Victoire mountain, as well as the lakes, rivers and other classified sites in the surrounding area.
For a day trip to the sea, you will be accompanied to the port and set off on a catamaran to the Golden Islands, Porquerolles, Port-Cros ... for an unprecedented discovery of a protected paradise.
In addition to the many activities offered on the estate, you can also go to the Golf, located 15 minutes from the house, Tennis, located 20 minutes, and tree climbing, located 15 minutes from the property. The renowned Circuit du Castellet is just 35 minutes from the villa.

Michelin-starred restaurant (opened by Alain Ducasse) accessible on foot from the villa (45 min to 1 hour): the Hostellerie de l'Abbaye.

Delivery of groceries and filling of the refrigerator before the arrival of the tenants: 18 € / H + klm costs if more than 20km.
Delivery of a basket of organic vegetables and fruit, in season: between 16.5 and 22 euros (depending on size).
The swimming pool is secured by a wrought iron barrier all along, with small gates with child safety.
