Note :
- From the master suite (bedroom 4) it is possible to access to a small baby bedroom under the roof (with 1 baby bed 140cm, 1 changing table, 1 bathtub, 1 baby potty, 1 cot 60*120 + 1 mattress).
- Bedroom 5 is under the roof and is also accessible from the master suite.
Indoors
With its stone walls and numerous olive trees surrounding it, this beautiful 330 m2 villa is a typical Gordes house, which was completely renovated and refurnished in 2022. Restored with quality materials and furniture, it has air conditioning in all rooms.
You will appreciate its equipment, its large spaces, as well as its careful and charming decoration.
Its ground floor is composed of an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a beautiful dining room and a nice living room (with fireplace and TV). This level also includes 3 beautiful bedrooms, as well as a space with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and plenty of storage space.
On the first floor you will discover the very large master bedroom and its private terrace from which you can admire a beautiful view of the Luberon. From this bedroom, you will have access to a baby's bedroom and to another bedroom with a TV lounge for the children.
The property also offers a pretty outbuilding (located in the garden next to the pool house). It has a beautiful independent bedroom with private bathroom.
Outdoors
You can enjoy the sunny garden and the beautiful swimming pool (9 x 4 metres). The pool, which is secured by an electric curtain, is heated from April until the All Saints' holiday.
You will also appreciate the pool house, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, 1 shower and 1 toilet.
The property is fully fenced, has an electric gate and offers plenty of space in the courtyard for parking cars.

A concierge will be available and reachable for the duration of the stay.
The price includes pool heating, the final housekeeping, 2 intermediate cleanings of 2 hours (Tuesday and Thursday), a single 2-hour intermediate household from 2024, the provision of baby equipment (including 2 cots, 1 changing table, 1 bathtub and 1 potty for baby).
