Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom shared, with 2 washbasins, shower. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, dressing room.
Room 6
Room. This bedroom has 2 twin beds. Bathroom shared. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.
Note: bedroom 5 shares its bathroom with bedroom 6. Bedroom 5 is a parents' suite linked to bedroom 6, a children's bedroom (2 single beds). Bedroom 6 can be used for an additional adult. These 2 bedrooms are generally used for families with children, and are connected via the bathroom.
Indoors
Inside the villa, the thick stone walls naturally retain the freshness of the newly renovated spaces.
The ground floor comprises a spacious entrance hall with sitting room, air-conditioned bedroom with en-suite bathroom, main living room, dining room, kitchen, guest toilet and laundry room. The main lounge, with its high ceilings and large stained glass skylight, opens directly onto a beautiful terrace overlooking the front gardens. It has an antique stone fireplace, a bar and a 4K Ultra HD flat-screen TV with AppleTV, as well as a Bose multi-zone sound system.
The formal dining room seats ten and offers views of the park and pool through its large patio doors onto a terrace. The air-conditioned kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances. It includes an American fridge with ice dispenser, a cooker with a four-ring gas hob and two induction hobs, as well as a gas oven and microwave.
The house has comfortable bedrooms. Take advantage of these private spaces to rest and recharge after a busy day.
Outdoors
Outside, you'll find a 10m x 5m swimming pool (depth : 1.15 - 1.85m) just a few steps from the villa, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. A large pool house provides a shaded area for relaxing and a dining room that can seat 10 to 12 people. There's also a kitchenette, barbecue, pizza oven and outdoor bathroom with shower. Enjoy the sunshine and peace of the outdoors in these carefully appointed spaces.

The house rental includes the following services: pool and garden maintenance, pool heating (July-August), bed linen and towels, full end-of-stay cleaning and mid-stay cleaning.
