The ground floor comprises a spacious entrance hall with sitting room, air-conditioned bedroom with en-suite bathroom, main living room, dining room, kitchen, guest toilet and laundry room. The main lounge, with its high ceilings and large stained glass skylight, opens directly onto a beautiful terrace overlooking the front gardens. It has an antique stone fireplace, a bar and a 4K Ultra HD flat-screen TV with AppleTV, as well as a Bose multi-zone sound system.
The formal dining room seats ten and offers views of the park and pool through its large patio doors onto a terrace. The air-conditioned kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances. It includes an American fridge with ice dispenser, a cooker with a four-ring gas hob and two induction hobs, as well as a gas oven and microwave. 

The house has comfortable bedrooms. Take advantage of these private spaces to rest and recharge after a busy day.


Outdoors

Outside, you'll find a 10m x 5m swimming pool (depth : 1.15 - 1.85m) just a few steps from the villa, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. A large pool house provides a shaded area for relaxing and a dining room that can seat 10 to 12 people. There's also a kitchenette, barbecue, pizza oven and outdoor bathroom with shower. Enjoy the sunshine and peace of the outdoors in these carefully appointed spaces.


Staff & Services

The house rental includes the following services: pool and garden maintenance, pool heating (July-August), bed linen and towels, full end-of-stay cleaning and mid-stay cleaning. Additional services are also available on request and at an extra cost, such as: a chef/cook, daily cleaning, baby-sitting, pre-stocking of the villa, pool heating outside July and August ...

Villa Sparrow is ideally located in the heart of the Luberon National Park, less than 30 minutes from Avignon TGV station and just 5 minutes' drive from Gordes, one of the Luberon region's most iconic hilltop villages.
