La Bastide de F is an 18th century Provencal bastide of 350 sqm on two levels that can comfortably accommodate ten people with a landscaped garden on a plot of 1 ha and a large heated infinity pool offering a breathtaking view of the Alpilles.

The villa is located a few kilometers from Maussane-les-Alpilles, at the end of a small road. It is a beautiful old stone building that immediately stands out with its large glass arches opening onto a magnificent garden which blends into the wilderness. The verticality of the cypress trees contrasts with the basins and the infinity pool, which draws a horizon line with the rows of olive trees in perspective.

La Bastide de F offers five large air-conditioned rooms with their private bathrooms to comfortably accommodate ten adults. For meals, the house offers a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area overlooking the large living room, and several terraces and dining areas outside with a large table for twelve people in the shade under the rose bushes.
The interior decoration is all in harmony and contrasts: Baux limestone and dark oak floors, antique-looking carpentry and ironwork on the facade, upholstered sofas and an imposing stone fireplace in the living room. On the walls, plaster of clay, sand, lime, plant pigments and curtains in natural materials by Pierre Frey, De la Cuena or Elitis.

Room 1 - 14 m² :
Room, Ground level, direct access to the garden, direct access to the pool. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with walk-in shower. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, hair dryer.

Room 2 - Master - 27m² :
Room, 1st floor, view of the garden, view of countryside. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub, walk-in shower, 1 washbasin. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, hair dryer.

Room 3 - 20 m² :
Room, 1st floor, view of the garden, view of countryside. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with walk-in shower, 1 washbasin. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, hair dryer.

Room 4 - Master - 74 m² :
Room, 1st floor, view of the garden, view of countryside. This bedroom has 1 double bed 200 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, dressing room, hair dryer.

Indoors

On the ground floor of the Bastide, the large living room of 80 sqm with its high bay windows opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool, its massive freestone fireplace, its cozy sofas, colorful rugs and furniture found in flea markets . Overhanging, a dining area organized around a heavy solid oak table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking piano and a wine cellar. It keeps a traditional aspect with its tall furniture with cornices, its large glass shelves and its bronze-colored travertine worktop for cooking with friends, and enjoying good dishes in a warm atmosphere.
Two pretty bedrooms are also located on the ground floor, with direct access to the gardens to enjoy the first rays of the sun when you jump out of bed.
Upstairs, three spacious bedrooms including two masters with a spectacular view for enchanted awakenings. For comfort, large beds, private bathrooms or showers in limestone, double sinks, dressing rooms and other amenities depending on the rooms. All are air-conditioned and equipped with high-end bedding. Le Labo amenities are available in the bathrooms.
3 large display smart TVs with Netflix are offered inside the house. Sonos music system (interior loung and kitchen as well as exterior).


Outdoors

Several terraces and dining areas, including a cozy terrace for breakfast, a terrace with a table for twelve people in the shade of the rose bushes and another dining area in the pool house, with a large table for fourteen people and the kitchen summer equipped with a barbecue. A pétanque court is also set up to better soak up the local lifestyle.
Pool size : 16 x 5 m (salt) depth 1,45m.
