This 280 square metres house is spread over two levels.
Thanks to its southern exposure, the villa offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Maussane-les-Alpilles valley.
On the ground floor, guests will discover four bedrooms (including a junior suite), all spacious and with their own private bathrooms.
The first floor is accessed via a beautiful stone staircase and includes a large living area with a tv space, a dining room and a large fully equipped kitchen. From the living room, it is possible to enjoy a nice view of the villa's pool. The last bedroom of the house is also located on this level : a master suite with a central bathtub, walk-in shower and dressing.
Outdoors
Outside, guests can find two shaded terraces, ideal for reading or for enjoying an aperitif with family or friends.
They can also enjoy the beautiful heated infinity pool (10m x 3m), equipped with deckchairs and various garden furniture.
