Room 5 - Chambre principale 2 :
Room, 1st floor, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom.
Room 6 - Chambre Mezzanine :
Room, 1st floor, direct access to the garden. This bedroom has 2 double bed King size configurable in twin beds. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also private terrace.
The Romantic Room has a small connected room as a dressing room or to install a cot.
The master bedroom 1 also has a small connected room where it is possible to put your luggage, a cot or even a single bed.
The mezzanine bedroom can be used totally privately or connected to the main suite 2.
Indoors
The property is divided into 3 houses, each with their own independent entrance, but can communicate with each other if necessary.
Superbly decorated, the interiors are elegant and refined, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
The winter space :
You will find a fully equipped winter kitchen with large 110cm stove, 2 ovens, 1 grill, 1 American fridge, 1 Nespresso coffee machine (works with coffee powder and capsule), 1 washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board; and a small winter lounge with fireplace, TV, TNT channels, and wifi.
The summer lounge :
Huge and beautiful summer lounge (6 m high ceiling) with 3 large wrought iron arches overlooking the gardens.
A 250 cm chimney, ideal for cooler evenings.
A fully equipped kitchen area with 110 cm piano.
A long wood table with benches (4 m long, capacity of 24 people).
The relaxation area :
It has a 3/4 seater infrared sauna with chromotherapy and CD player, as well as a large walk-in shower.
You will also find some sports equipment, cardio and fitness.
The artist's studio :
This space of approximately 20 m², entirely glazed, connects the main building with relaxation areas (the Zen area and the summer lounge).
Outdoors
You will find a private pool of 15.5 x 4.5 m (can be heated on request, extra cost) with alarm for children.
A beautiful typical Provencal garden with traditional fountain, olive trees, lavender ... ideal for those who wish to enjoy nature in peace.
You will also find on the property a petanque and 2 bikes.
Notes
The price includes :
- Garden and pool maintenance.
- High season: 9 hours cleaning per week.
- Rest of the year: 6 hours cleaning per week.
Tourist tax is not included in the price and is compulsory.
The swimming pool is heated on request. Depending on the pool temperature one week or 15 days before arrival, you can choose the following option:
- 0 and +3 degrees: from 350 euros/week,
- between +3 and 6 degrees: from 500 euros/week,
- +6 degrees and over: from 700 euros/week.
The pool temperature is capped at 26/27 degrees.
