Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, balcony.

Room 3
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, balcony.

Room 4
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 5
Room. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed 160 cm, 1 sofa bed configurable in twin beds. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, living area.  

Note: The seating area as 2 sofas in an L shape but the seats are matresses, not sofa seats. The sofas are convertible in 2 single beds. To go into a bed, the back cushion just needs to be removed.


Indoors

On the first floor, you'll find a studio with a double bed and two single beds, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen overlooking the pool. Next to the studio is another bedroom with a bathroom suitable for disabled guests. 
Take the outside stairs to the second floor, where you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room with TV. There are also two en-suite bedrooms overlooking the pool and garden.
The interior staircase gives access to the villa's gym.

Note: The main house is accessible as the entrance is direct from the parking area although there are a couple of steps 


Outdoors 

Enjoy a relaxing moment by the pool (13.5 x 4) or unwind on the terrace in the lounge area. There's also a large teak dining table under an olive tree where you can enjoy your meals in peace and quiet in a natural atmosphere. If you take the stairs from the pool, you'll arrive at a large courtyard facing the sea, with a circular lounge arranged with a brazier in the middle!


Staff & Services

Villa rental includes mid-stay housekeeping, concierge service and pool and garden maintenance. 
On request and at an additional cost, a chef/cook and airport transfer service are available.


Location

The Villa is just 5 minutes away from the port of Palairos and a few feet away from the beach. The villa offers an excellent base to be able to explore the neighbouring islands of Lefkada, Meganissi, Kalamos, Kastos, Atokos and the famous Scorpios island
