Room 2
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size. Bathroom outside the room, private.

Room 3
Master bedroom, 1st floor, view of the sea, view of countryside. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom outside the room, shared, with shower. This bedroom includes also TV, private balcony.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds configurable as a double bed. Bathroom outside the room, shared, with shower. This bedroom includes also private balcony.

Room 5 - Sur demande - entrée indépendante :
Room, Lower floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds configurable as a double bed. Bathroom ensuite.

Large drawing room/dining area (with TV and music system) leading onto a spacious terrace with dining and sitting areas.
Fully equipped country-style open plan kitchen adjacent to the indoor dining space.

Portable barbecue (operated exclusively by the chef)

Staff and services 

Fully catered property with an in-house staff of a Chef, a chambermaid and 2 gardeners.
The chef prepares breakfast, snacks and one main meal per day (6 days a week) of which up to 4-5 meals can be dinners.
Arrival lunch or dinner is arranged in advance.
Guests will have the opportunity to dine at the old Olive Mill once or twice during their stay.
We can help you to organise the yoga retreat, wedding and other events.


Location

The villa lies within a wider historic Estate featuring, a lovingly restored, impressive 18th c. olive mill (presently private museum) & a threshing floor.

The villa itself is located at the edge of a village (Poriarata – Moussata), at almost walking distance (1,5km) to the Trapezaki sandy beach (more beaches further down) and a 15 minute drive from both the airport and capital town, Argostoli (10-12km). The nearest restaurant-taverna and mini-market are all within walking distance, whilst the closest supermarket is a 10 minute drive.

Despite the villa's prime location and close proximity to various necessities, it is highly advised to rent a car as Cephalonia is one of the largest Greek islands and it would be a great pity not to explore all it has to offer.

Since summer 2022 there are many more direct flights from European cities (including Paris) to Cephalonia !


Notes

The fifth bedroom on the lower ground floor is available upon request at extra cost.
Garden maintenance once a week on thursdays, guests are advised to plan a morning at the beach.
