There's a well-appointed terrace (with dining area, barbecue) and a beautiful swimming pool (10x4m, depth 1.55m) from which you can enjoy breathtaking views.

Ideally located on the Argassi hill in Zakynthos, Omnia Villa offers panoramic views of the sea, the bustling town and the charming harbour. Just 4 km from Zakynthos town centre, the villa is close to many attractions, as well as the beach and Zakynthos airport, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The villa is just 750m away from the azure waters. A mere 5-minute drive transports you to Zante Town, while the Zakynthos Airport (ZTH) is just 5 km away. At a convenient distance of 11km lies Vasilikos, home to mesmerizing beaches. You will also find the Main Ferry Port at a small distance of 2.2km.

- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

- Amount of security deposit : 1 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

We went to Zakyntos for a bachelor party with a group of 9 ladies. Were able to make the most unforgettable memories in the Villa! the service was indescribably wonderful! The location of the villa is perfect and the hospitality and accessibility of the house owner are also great! They give you a lot of options and give you contacts (for example private chefs, yacht owners) so you can make your stay as easy as possible. It was AMAZING.

I had an unforgettable time at the Villa ! The hospitality was amazing. The villa was PRACTICAL and everything was organised down to the last detail. Beautiful villa in a top location, everything is easily and quickly accessible. You get lots of options from the hostess to choose from, and she is happy to help you with anything you ask. In short, great. We hope to return soon.
