In summary

This four-bedroom bespoke residence with summer and winter sitting rooms, one looking to the natural golf of Kryftos and one to the mountain of Athos, stretches over more than 2.200 m2 in a private park in the northeast side of the island. It is surrounded by sandy white beaches with turquoise, warm waters and a private jetty for easy access, where large yachts and sailing boats can anchor.
The housing part covers a total of 286 m2 including the main villa of 186 m2, the external studio of 39 m2 and an independent staff house (with 32 m2 warehouse facilities).

Indoors

The residence has a capacity to accommodate 6 people in the main villa and 2 in the external private studio. Additional accommodation includes an independent staff house.
Latest quality standards in construction set the preservation of the island’s resources as their highest priority, while they serve to enhance the natural ecosystem. The residence is supplied with solar panel energy.

The modern kitchen is fully-equipped to meet high standards with appliances from well-known international brands. The modern furniture has been carefully chosen to symbolize the island’s calm yet enjoyable atmosphere.

Location

Diaporos Island is opposite Vourvourou and only 10 km from the municipality of Ag. Nikolaos in Sithonia. The area covers 3.2 square kilometers with a big natural bay, which is 700 meters long and serves as a mooring spot for the boats. The bay ends in shallow waters that always remain warm and are therefore suitable for swimmers. Most of the island is covered by pine forest, which makes it a unique combination of perfect coast lines and pure nature.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- Due to the location of the villa, internet may not work properly or only in low speed (same for the telephone network). If there is an interruption of service we can not guarantee when the service will be running again.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 11:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 2 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 30 %
- 2nd payment 35 Days to arrival day : 70 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 35 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
- Booking Cancellation fee : 100 EUR
- Changes to confirmed arrangements fee : 100 EUR
