Indoors
On the ground floor, you have the living areas : the living room, the dining room and the open fully equipped kitchen. The interior is modern, spacious elegant with the white color dominating. Thanks to the bay windows, you have natural light all day long and have direct access to the terrace. There is one bedroom at this floor.
Taking the stairs, you will find four other bedrooms on the first floor, en suite as well. On the lower floor, the last bedroom is there.
The six bedrooms of the villa have a high standing.
Outdoors
The view that the villa offers is spectacular. You will wake up every morning with the sea in front of you. Whether you are on the terrace, in the living room or in your bedrooms you will admire the landscape.
You have on the terrace a pergola with comfortable couchs to relax or to have a chat with your close ones. The outdoor dining table is where you can enjoy a good barbecue under the Greek sun.
The rooftop allows you to have a unique view.
In case you are too hot, you can always use the swimming pool at your convinience!
Staff & Services
The price includes a in-house housekeeper (working hours 8:00 to 16:00) the change of bedsheets and towels twice a week, a daily change of pool towels everyday, a pool boy maintenance twice a week, pool heating (28 degrees).
Location
The best 360 view of the island is 5 minutes away, right at the lighthouse, and the town is not more than a 10 minute ride. And the best part is, you drive by a mesmerising view of the island that only Kastro, Fanari, residents get to enjoy everyday.
