Indoors
The villa has two levels with 360 m² of interior space. The upper level comprises an open-plan living and dining area with a TV, large sofa, additional seating and a table for up to 12 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a guest WC on this level. The lower level has a kitchenette with a wine fridge and a laundry room with separate washing machine and tumble dryer.
The house has 6 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The master suite on the upper floor has a super king-size bed, ceiling fan and magnificent views of the sea and pool. The lower level has 3 double bedrooms with king-size beds and views of the sea and pool, a double (or twin) bedroom and a twin bedroom.
Outdoors
Villa Actea's 2.5-hectare grounds were designed by landscape architect Helli Pangalou. The grounds offer a total of 630 m² of space with plants such as lavender, rosemary and thyme, as well as olive, pomegranate and acacia trees. Outdoor facilities include a beautiful swimming pool, bar, lounge area, pergolas and several terraces for admiring the sunsets.
There is also a path leading directly to the seafront.
Staff & Services
During your stay, you will benefit from a daily maid service, full cleaning at the end of your stay and a change of linen twice a week. Services on request and at extra cost are also available to make your stay even more enjoyable.
Location
Villa Actea is located near the villages of Poseidonia and Foinikas, 12 km from Syros airport and 13 km from the port of Syros. Komito and Agathopes, two of the island's best beaches, are just a short walk away. Ermoupoli, the island's capital, is 13 km away, around 25 minutes by car.
