A former 18th-century barn renovated in 2020, the property spans 340 m² over three floors and accommodates up to eight people across three suites, each with a fireplace. Stone, oak and old fir wood combine with contemporary comfort throughout: a spa with Finnish sauna and steam room, a multimedia room, a wine and cheese cellar, and a terrace with a heated hot tub. Indoors
The ground floor is built around a central-fireplace lounge, leading through to a wine and cheese cellar, a professional kitchen opening onto a peninsula counter, and a dining area centred on a large solid wood table. A multimedia room with a full HD screen and a wellness area — Finnish sauna, steam room, waterfall showers, massage room and small fitness corner — complete this level.The three bedrooms, spread across the upper floors, comprise two 40 m² suites with fireplace and en-suite bathroom, along with an 85 m² master suite featuring a king-size bed, bathtub, fireplace lounge and a mezzanine with two futons. All rooms enjoy mountain views, spacious wardrobes with a safe, and thoughtful décor blending fine materials with chalet character.
Outdoors
The private terrace, right by the slopes, features a heated hot tub, a solarium and a barbecue corner to enjoy the alpine scenery in any season. A dedicated storage area for skis and bicycles completes the outdoor facilities. The village itself, pedestrianised since 1955, offers a wonderfully peaceful setting amid cobbled lanes and old chalets.

Location
Chamois, a pedestrianised village perched at 1,800 metres in the Aosta Valley, can only be reached by cable car from Buisson, by small altiport, or, in summer, along a historic mule track — a choice that led the village to join the "Alpine Pearls" network. The village belongs to the Cervino Ski Paradise, with 200 km of pistes linking Cervinia, Valtournenche and Zermatt, and summer skiing available on the Plateau Rosà glacier. Chamois itself offers 16 km of groomed pistes, well-regarded ski touring routes, and a cross-country loop towards La Magdeleine.
The village has several dining options close by: a café-brasserie on the main square, a family-run inn open since 1975, and a restaurant by Lake Lod. The nearest airport is Aosta (44 km), followed by Milan Malpensa (90 km) and Turin (120 km).
