Villa Galonetta is located in Gattico-Veruno, northern Italy, not far away of the worldly life of Lake Maggiore. This special and recently renovated destination was imagined and realized with art, courage and determination. Once an oak forest, it became a property with a 4000 sqm circle of water filled with a private, natural spring from the Ticino River.
This octagonal plan house, with French windows that offer a beautiful view of the lake from the living room, can accommodate up to 4 people.
The estate also feature an other villa : Villa Digliana. It is possible to privatise the entire estate (the two houses are mirrored on opposite sides of the lake) and accommodate up to 8 people.

Indoors
Dressed in pale pink with a neoclassical structure, the house features large French windows open onto the flower-covered patio.
Furnished with grace and romanticism, it alternates between muted colours and the stronger tones of natural greens.
The living room, surrounded by niches and neoclassical vases, overlooks the patio and the lake shore. It is a perfect place for summer evenings, winter mornings, aperitifs and dinners.
The veranda, used as a dining room, is camouflaged in nature inside and out.
The villa has two bedrooms, one in a Prussian green and one pink, with two large and momentous bathrooms.
Outdoors
The property field includes, gardens, private lake, seasonal outdoor natural pools heated up to 40 degrees to be used in winter too, one of them is eqquiped with a jaccuzi system (shared by the 2 villas of the property). There is a private space to relax close to the villa. Nothing better to recharge and pamper yourself! Behind the pools there is also a Finnish Sauna with an outdoor hot and cold shower and changing room.
Adorning the edges of the home, guests will appreciate an unmissable variety of trees, plants and flowers. They will also enjoy a secret garden and the surrounding nature with its lotus flowers, water lilies and multicoloured ducks.
A new greenhouse to host events, dinner, workshops, etc is now available.
Staff & Services
Price includes Italian breakfast, a hospitality bar, Herbal Tea, coffee capsules and natural water, bathroom amenities, bathrobes, a rowing boat, a luggage deposit service, a daily housekeeping and the final housekeeping.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as personal chef services, baby-sitting, airport/rail station transfers, massages, exclusive excursions and various other activities on request.
Location
The property is just a couple of minutes’ drive from Lake Maggiore, one of the most beautiful Italian lakes that has enchanted the great artists who have stayed here.
The villa is only 5 kms away from Arona (small town that offers culture, restaurant and shopping options year-round) and 25 kms away from Stresa (preferred holiday resort of many famous celebrities and politicians).
Guests can reach the fascinating archipelago of the Borromean Islands in half an hour (set between Stresa and Verbania), the Mottarone in 20 minutes (national park which has acquired notoriety due to its scenic paths along the mountains) and the Malpensa airport in 25 minutes.
Varese, Como, Switzerland and of Foxtown (the renowned Shopping Outlet in Ticino) can be reached in less than one hour by car.
Milan, cultural and shopping city “par excellence”, is just an hour from the property and provides with a renowned variety of cultural events and internationally acclaimed shows throughout the year.
